The Ipatse Futures project is dedicated to improving and sustaining the lifestyle of the Kuikuro community in the Terra Indígena do Xingu (TIX) region of the Brazilian Amazon. Its goals are to provide dependable clean drinking and bathing water; dependable fisheries and improved water quality; and an integrated self-sustaining Kuikuro Cultural Center (KCC) that will promote ecological integrity, public health and green technology, as well as cultural preservation.
