New voices for reproductive justice
Reproductive Justice, the guiding framework for New Voices for Reproductive Justice, is an innovative, radical, movement designed specifically to engage Black people marginalized by gender in local, national and global movement-building for Racial Justice, Gender Justice, and Environmental Justice.
New Voices is dedicated to transforming society for the holistic health and wellbeing of Black women, girls, and gender nonconforming people in Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as on a national scale. They help dismantle patriarchal anti-Blackness through community organizing, leadership development, and voter engagement by:
At Pennywise we believe in the power of working at the intersection of reproductive rights and voting rights and we are thrilled to support this critical work.

- Providing political education and voter engagement, raising consciousness on Reproductive Justice issues at the national, regional, and local levels;
- Organizing Black women, femmes, girls, and gender nonconforming individuals in Pennsylvania and Ohio, inspiring our most marginalized constituents to become advocates for Reproductive Justice, while giving them the necessary tools to take action on behalf of themselves, their families, and their communities; and
- Activating the power of communities and guide the next generation of Reproductive Justice activists through leadership development opportunities supported by their community organizing and programmatic teams.
